DocsHub — Refund and Policy for Digital Products

Because our products are digital items delivered instantly via internet download, all sales made on DocsHub (https://docshub.co.za) are final and non-refundable. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be mathematically returned or recovered once downloaded.

1. Digital Delivery Performance Upon successful completion of your payment, your template is instantly generated and made available via a secure download link on the checkout page, as well as delivered to your specified email address. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your access to the digital asset begins immediately, which waives standard cancellation or physical return rights under regional consumer protection guidelines.

2. Defective or Corrupt Files We take extensive technical care to ensure our document templates are fully functional, cross-compatible, and stable. In the rare event that a downloaded file is technically corrupt or unopenable:

• Please notify our team within 7 days of purchase at our support channels.

• We will promptly review the transaction details and issue a clean, working replacement file via email within 24 business hours.

3. Exceptional Circumstances While all sales are strictly non-refundable, minor human errors (such as accidentally purchasing the exact same legal template twice in a single checkout session) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a duplicate transaction is verified, a credit or refund for the duplicate item may be authorized at our sole discretion.
